Hi I'm Wendy Murray and I have a passion for helping people end the misery of dieting
and help them achieve a healthy weight for them. This path for me started back in my teens
when I had low self esteem and I looked to dieting as a way to solve my problems.
If I'm being really honest it lasted for a lot longer than my teenage years. When I trained as a
Dietitian I was still trying to find the best dietary approach for myself as well as my clients.
After many years of looking for this holy grail of approaches for myself and my clients and
through lots of research I realised that dieting doesn't work. Initially it can make you feel on
top of the world in the short term but inevitably leads to a fall when things aren't going as well.
So my main goal is to help people find a way to a weight that is healthy for them using a non diet approach.
